Quiche Lorraine by cpeirson

Ingredients

1 deep dish frozen pie shell 4 eggs, beaten 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 1/2 c milk 1/2 t salt dash of cayenne pepper 8oz shredded swiss cheese 2T flour

Instructions

Heat oven to 350. Combine eggs, milk, seasonings. Toss cheese with flour and add to egg mixture. Add bacon. Pour into pie shell and bake 45-60 minutes until knife inserted in center is clean. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
