Cheesy Salsa Potatoes by
Ingredients
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup thick and chunky salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 bag (24oz) frozen hashbrowns, thawed
Instructions
Heat oven to 350. Greast 13x9 dish with shortening. In large bowl,m mix cheese, salsa, sour cream, soup and pepper. Stir in potatoes. Bake 45-60 minutes.
