Connie's Baked Haddock by chahn1

Ingredients

1 lb. Fresh boneless haddock 1/2 c. Milk Salt 3/4 - 1 c. Pepperidge Farm Herb breadcrumbs(crushed) 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese 4 Tbs. butter melted

Instructions

Spray 9 x 9 glass casserole with Pam Mix Breadcrumbs, parmesan, thyme and salt Dip fish in milk, then breadcrumb mixture Pour melted butter over and any remaining breadcrumbs Bake on top rack at 525 for 12-15 minutes
