Beef Taco Braid by erynn1010

Ingredients

2 pkgs crescent rolls 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef 1 pkg taco seasoning mix 1 3/4 cups cheddar cheese, divided 2 tbsp. water 1 egg white, lightly beaten optional - salsa, shredded lettuce, tomato, olives or sour cream

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375. Cook beef and drain. Stir in taco seasoning, 1 1/2 cups of cheese and water. Scoop filling evenly over braid (refer to pampered chef book, pg 79 to make braid). Brush with egg white. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with toppings.
