Oriental Rice Salad by
Ingredients
15-20 med cooked shrimp
1 box orzo, cooked and drained
1 box wild rice, cooked and drained
1 small pkg frozen peas, thawed
1 c celery, finely chopped
1/2 c red onion, finely chopped
4oz can chow mein noodles (to sprinkle on top)
Dressing:
1/4 c canola oil
2T rice vinegar
1 1/2 t soy sauce
1/2 t curry powder
1/2 t celery seed
Instructions
Mix first 6 ingredients together. Just before serving, mix the dressing and shake well. Pour over salad and toss well. Top with noodles. Serve at room temp.
