Apple Crisp (from Sherri) by
Ingredients
6+ large apples, sliced thin
1/2 c sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c flour
1/2 c butter (not softened)
Instructions
Grease 9x9 pan
Mix 1/2 c sugar and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. Put this on apples and mix well. Put in pan.
Mix 1/2 c sugar with 1/2 tsp salt, 3/4 c flour and 1/2 c butter. Cut in butter until fine crumbs. Put on top of apples and press down firmly with hands.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm.
