Cherry Topped Cheesecake by cpeirson

Ingredients

1 package yellow cake mix 2 T oil 16 oz cream cheese 1/2 c sugar 4 eggs 1 1/2 c milk 3 T lemon jiuce 3 t vanilla 1 large can cherry pie filling

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300. Mix cake mix (reserving 1 cup of dry mixture), oil and 1 egg. Press evenly along bottom and up 3/4 the sides of 13x9" prepared pan. Blend cream cheese, sugar, 3 eggs, and remaining cake mix. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. At low speed add milk and flavorings. Mix until smooth. Pour into crust and bake 40-45 minutes until set. When cool top with cherry pie filling.
