Penne Puttanesco by
Ingredients
3 tbsp Olive oil
3 Garlic cloves - chopped finely
2 tomatoes - diced and drained
20 olives black
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
10 Fresh basil leaves
2-3 tbsp Tomato paste (can substitute with spaghetti sauce)
Penna Pasta
Instructions
Put Oil and garlic on stove until garlic is golden brown.
Add tomatoes and continue for 5 minutes. Next add olives ,seasoning mix and tomato past; continue on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
Cook pasta. Pour past in bowl, add sauce, basil and toss.
Serve and garnish with basil leaves.
