dipping pizza by cupboardRaider

When serving remember to warm the sauce. Vodka is my preferred and this is a great meal for a lazy night in or when you have people coming over. and need something cheap and easy to make that looks and tastes great.

Ingredients

- baguette - mix of Parmesan, pepper jack, cheddar, mozzarella cheese - you can use any of these cheeses or none of them. I prefer to use all of them. - Jane's mixed up krazy salt - Italian herbs or herbs de province(fresh if you have the time and inclination to buy and chop them up.) - garlic, fresh or you can use garlic salt - tomato or vodka sauce - butter or olive oil

Instructions

- pre-heat oven to 375 - cut baguette in half long ways - coat baguette in olive oil, or melted butter if you prefer - place herbs on bread with garlic - place on a tin foil coated baking sheet and then place in the oven to toast - once toasted to preference remove from oven and coat with cheese - I prefer mine toasted to a nice medium brown - place back in oven and toast till cheese is completely melted - cut into strips and serve on a plate with sauce in a dish for dipping - salt to flavor as necessary.
