Ingredients

1 tablespoon coconut oil ½ cup almond meal 1 tablespoon Natvia 1 egg ¼ cup desiccated coconut 6 almonds (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180º C and line and grease a baking tray. Melt 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Mix in 1 egg, ½ cup of almond meal, 1 tablespoon of Natvia and ¼ cup of desiccated coconut. Roll into 6 balls and place an almond on top of each. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
