Blueberry Loaf by
Ingredients
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup blueberries
Instructions
Grease and flour loaf pan. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs (1 at a time, beating after each addition). Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add half flour mixture to the batter. Beat just to mix. Add milk, then remaining flour mixture. Do not over beat. It's ok if there are lumps. Fold in blueberries. Spoon in pan and sprinkle generously with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
