Use up within about a week.

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups shredded white cheddar 1 1/2 cups shredded yellow cheddar 1/4 oz jar pimentos, drained 1/3 cup mayo 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp cayenne powder or paprika if milder is desired. Salt and Pepper to taste Dash of hot sauce if desired.

Instructions

Gently stir together cheese, pimentos, mayo Worcestershire sauce, garlic, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Adjust to taste with hot sauce, salt, and pepper if desired. Fold mixture to combine. Refrigerate sealed container for at least one hour before serving. The longer the better to blend flavors.
