Chipotle Mayo by M_Sheahan

Ingredients

1 Cup Mayo 2 Chipotles in adobo 1 Tbs adobo sauce 2 Garlic Cloves pinch of salt squeeze of lime

Instructions

De-stem and de-seed the chipotles. Add to blender with the mayo, adobo sauce garlic salt and lime. Combine well and taste. Check season and add if necessary. It can be made hotter by adding more adobo sauce.
