Garlic Grilled Shrimp by LoLo

Ingredients

1 to 2 lbs. Large shrimp ( ez peel) 1 cup olive oil/canola mix 3 TBS. Fresh lemon juice and ZEST 3 cloves garlic 2 TBS. Chopped fresh parsley 1/2 tsp. ground cloves 1tsp. Greek Seasoning , not necessary ,(Penzey's if possible) S&P if not Greek 1/2 each 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Instructions

Combine all except shrimp in a blender or food processor, pulse until smooth. Place shrimp and mixture in a strong freezer Ziplock for at least 2 hours. ( overnight is ok) Cook shrimp skewered or in a hinged grill basket for 2-3 minutes .......til done. Blah...blah ...bla ..... Then .....EAT IT!
