Tarter Sauce by
       Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Will keep in the fridge for about a week.
    
    
    Ingredients
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 small dill pickle chopped or 3 Tbs relish
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Tbs capers
1 Tbs chipped fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill
1/2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
        
    Instructions
        Combine mayo, pickles, lemon capers, dill Worcestershire sauce and mustard in a small bowl.  Stir until creamy.  Season with salt and pepper, then adjust the taste.  Cover and chill.
