Salmon Sauce by M_Sheahan

Ingredients

2 Tbs Butter 2 Tbs Flour 2 1/2 to 2 Cups light cream 4 cloves garlic 2 Tbs Lemon Juice 1 Tsp Dried Basil 1 Tsp Dried Parsley 1.4 Tsp red pepper flakes Salt and Pepper to Taste 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.

Instructions

Place a skillet over medium heat, add butter and melt. Once butter is melted and sizzling add flour, stir to combine and cook for 1 minute. While stirring add the cream little by little. Next, add garlic, dried herbs, season with salt and pepper. Bring the sauce to a simmer and reduce heat to low. Lastly, stir in parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
