Sour Cream by
Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews (soaked)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1/2 cup water
Instructions
If you dont have a blendtec or vitamix blender, soak your cashews in hot water and then when cooled put them in the fridge overnight to soak. Combine and blend.
