Potato Soup by
Ingredients
8 potatoes
4 cups flour
6 eggs
2 tbsp. oil
salt & pepper, to taste
1 stick butter
4-5 cups milk
1/2 block velvetta cheese
Instructions
Peel, dice and boil potatoes. In bowl beat eggs, oil and flower. Add salt and pepper. Add to potatoes. Stir for 7 minutes, add butter and cheese. When cheese is melted add milk.
