Ingredients

1/2 - 1 pkg. elbow macaroni (depending on how many you are serving) 1 chopped onion - saute in bacon grease - or oil 1 -2 cans roasted garlic diced tomatoes depending on amt. of pasta 1 -2 sm. cans v-8 juice salt & pepper to taste - other seasonings to taste shredded sharp cheese

Instructions

cook elbow macaroni in boiling water - 8-10 minutes while this is cooking - saute chopped onion in either bacon drippings or small amount vegetable oil drain macaroni - add cooked onions - can of diced tomatoes (I usually run thru food processor) - v-8 juice - so mixture is not too dry - salt - pepper - other seasonings to taste top with shredded sharp cheese - bake uncovered in 350* oven - 20-25 minutes - good with garlic toast. For 2-3 people I use 1/2 pkg. macaroni 1 can of tomatoes 1 sm. can of v-8 juice
