Ingredients
3 cups low sodium beef broth
2 cups low salt V-8 juice
3-4 medium potatoes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-2 cup fresh green beans
1-2 cup fresh chopped tomatoes
2 carrots sliced
2 stalks celery chopped
1/2 green bell pepper
1-2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 cup skim milk
1 small onion chopped
Instructions
Combine all ingredients - cook until tender -
I usually season with garlic powder - whatever else I have on hand
Season to your taste with salt, pepper, & etc.
