Salad - Quick and fresh light meal by
We use to make this Salad in 1999 with a friend in Colombia.It tastes so good, and it is a very light but nutricious meal.
The more lemon or lime the best =)
Ingredients
Eggs = 1
Tomatoes = 1
Cucumber = aprox. 10 cm
Cheese = 2 slides or 1 ball for 1 person.
Olives = at least 10, cut in halves
Liquids: Olive oil. Balsamic vinegar. Lemon juice
Spices: Salt. Pepper. Basil (basilikum, Albahaca). Rosemary (rosemarin, Romero)
Optional: onion, cut in slim slides, pour and wash with lemon first.
Cooking time, aprox. 15 min.
Instructions
This is a light meal for 1 person:
First boil the egg for long enough, peel it off, cool down a bit.
Cut every ingredient in slim slides: egg, tomato, cucumber.
Add the cheese cutted in small pieces.
Add the spices. Then all the liquids.
Ready to eat.
TIP: Turkish cheese style is perfect for this salad, also mozzarella
