Coleslaw by caneilson

Ingredients

1 head cabbage 1/2 c. rice vinegar 3 T. dijon mustard 5 drops stevia extract salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Thinly slice cabbage with food processor or mandolin Sprinkle salt and spices, and crush to release liquids Add stevia and rice vinegar, mix Let sit for 1/2 hour in fridge
