Helen will use a 9x13 pan & pour only about 2/3 of the cake in that pan. Pour the rest of the cake batter in a different dish. This way the cake isn't so thick.
Ingredients
White or Yellow cake
Cream of Coconut
Cool Whip
Sweet coconut flakes
Instructions
Bake cake as directed on box.
When baked & still hot poke holes in the cake with a pencil size object.
Pour cream of coconut on the cake.
Chill.
Spread on Cool Whip.
Sprinkle on coconut flakes.
