Mary Gilbert's Chicken Casserole by
Ingredients
1 chicken or chicken parts
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
3 cups chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box or bag of stuffing mix
1/4 cup evaporated milk
Instructions
Cook chicken until tender. Be sure to make enough broth for 3 cups. Bring 1 cup of broth onions and celery to a boil, then mix in soup and 1/4 cup cream (evaporated milk) stir until smooth. Place boned chicken in bottom of 9x13 pan. Pour soup mixture over this. Mix stuffing mix with remaining 2 cups of broth and spread over chicken and soup mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
