Tortellini - Creamy Sausage (IP) by M_Sheahan

Ingredients

1 Tbs. Olive Oil 1 - 1 Lb Pkg Italian Chicken Sausage (Aidell's) thinly sliced or Andoulle. 1 - 20 oz package refrigerated Tortellini 1 Jar Pasta Sauce 2 Cups of Water 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

1) Add olive oil to the pot and coat the bottom. 2) Arrange thinly sliced sausage slices on the bottom of the pot. Layer Tortellini on top of the sausage. 3) Pour water around and over the tortellini then add pasta sauce over the tortellini. DO NOT MIX. 4) Cover with lid and cool on high pressure for 3 minutes. Do a quick release then stir in cream and Parmesan cheese until blended. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
