LC Garden Pork Stir Fry by gweneris

Ingredients

1 lb. boneless pork loin, cut into 3/4 cubes 2 cups juilienned zucchini 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 2 medium onion, cut into wedges 1 cup julienned green pepper 1 T. cornstarch 3 T. reduced sodium soy sauce 1 T. cold water 1/4 tsp. garlic powder hot cooked rice

Instructions

In a large skillet stir fry the pork until no longer pink, about 4 minutes. Add the zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and green pepper, stir fry until crisp and tender, about 3 minutes. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, soy sauce, water, and garlic powder until smooth. Add to skillet. Bring to a boil, cook and stir until thickened, about 1-2 minutes. Serve with rice.
