Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt and cookies together. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely. Filling: Beat cream cheese, vanilla extract and honey until creamy. Spread over crust. Topping: Spread cool whip over filling. Place graham cracker crumbs, strawberries over the cool whip layer. Spread chocolate syrup over the crumbs and strawberry layer.
