Peel all of your kiwis and cut into 1/4”” thick rounds Add them to dehydrator trays without stacking them on top of each other . When you fill up a tray stack a new one ontop and add more kiwi until the trays are full. Dehydrate kiwis for 3-5 hours Lot them cool off for an hour before putting them in airtight containers.
