Ingredients

1.5 large cans whole tomatos 1 6oz can tomato paste 1 bunch celery, chopped 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1 bell pepper, chopped 2 medium onions, chopped 4 tbsp mustard 3 tbsp sugar salt, pepper, and Tony's creole seasoning to taste

Instructions

Fix in a large pan/dutch oven. Empty entire cans of whole tomatos and tomato paste into pan. Bring to a boil. add vegetables; simmer until vegetables are well done, about 1-1.5 hrs. Remove the tomatos and puree in a food processor. Return puree to pan and simmer another 20-30 minutes.

Sauce freezes well.
