Meatballs - Turkey by M_Sheahan

Heat up gravy, herbs and make some mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

16 oz Lean Ground Turkey 1 1/2 cup seasoned stuffing 1/2 Cup chicken stock 1 small diced onion 1 stalk of celery 3 tbs chopped parsley 2 eggs 2 cloves garlic salt and pepper 2 tbs olive oil GRAVY McCormick Turkey Gravy 1 tbs chopped thyme, rosemary, sage and parsley Pepper to taste

Instructions

1) Preheat oven to 400 2) Line baking sheet with parchment paper. 3) Place stuffing in resealable ziplock bag and crush slightly. 4) Combine stuffing and chicken stock in bowl and mix. 5) Mix onion, celery, parsley, eggs, garlic salt and pepper. 6) Add ground turkey and mix gently. 7) Use a medium cookie scoop to place meatballs on baking sheet. 8) Drizzle with olive oil 9) Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
