Rice & Sausage Dressing by

Ingredients
1 cup rice
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup water
1 lb pork sausage
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium bell pepper chopped
2 cups chopped celery
1 T butter
1 small can mushrooms (include juice)
1 small jar pimentos (include juice)
2 cans chicken broth
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook rice.
In skillet, brown sausage and drain off grease.
Saute chopped onion, bell pepper, and celery in butter until tender.
Combine cooked rice, sausage, sauteed vegetables, mushrooms, and pimento; season with salt and pepper. Add enough chicken broth to moisten.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
