Hummus by

Ingredients
40 oz canned chickpeas
2-4 lemons
3/4 tsp salt
1 lg clove garlic
4 tb tahini
1/2 cup water
Food processor
1 extra day
Instructions
1. Stir tahini really well.
2. Drain and rinse chickpeas.
3. Peel garlic, squeeze 2 lemons.
4. Place chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, salt, garlic, and water in food processor and grind (get the mixture as smooth as possible..)
5. Cover and refrigerate till next day. Taste and add more lemon juice or salt to taste. An extra day makes a big difference, and don’t underestimate how much lemon juice it takes to taste just right!
