Ingredients

Crust: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/3 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Cookie Dough: 1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick) 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 1 tsp. salt 1/3 cup 2% milk 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract 3/4 cup graham crackers, ground (5 1/2 cracker sheet) 1/8 tsp. apple pie spice 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 (21 oz.) apple pie filling Topping: 1 (8 oz.) cool whip 2 Tbsp. maple syrup

Instructions

Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar & salt together. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely. Cookie Dough: Mix butter, brown sugar and salt until smooth. Beat in milk, vanilla extract, graham cracker, apple pie spice and cinnamon. Spread over crust. Spread apple pie filling over the cookie dough. Topping: Beat cool whip & maple syrup over apple pie filling. Drizzle caramel syrup over the cool whip. Decorate.
