Grilled Margarita Chicken Skewers by jenesius

Ingredients

2 8oz Chicken Breasts, cut into 1-2" cubes 1 Tbsp Barbecue Rub 1/4 Tsp Chili Flakes 3 Garlic Cloves, minced 3/4 Cup fresh Cilantro, chopped 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 10oz can of frozen margarita mix

Instructions

1. Add chicken, BBQ rub, chili flakes, garlic, cilantro, olive oil and margarita mix to a gallon-size, zip-top freezer bag. Mix well to coat all surfaces of chicken and refrigerate for 1 hour. 2. Skewer chicken. Limes and vegetables can be added for appearance and flavor. 3. Once grill is hot, grill skewers 3-5 minutes per side, or until chicken releases from grill grate, allowing you to turn them without sticking. Cook until internal temp reaches 165 degrees F.
