Ingredients

1 lb ripe tomatoes, cored and chopped 1 c finely chopped celery 1/4 c fresh chopped basil 3 T dijon mustard 3 T EVOO 3 T balsamic vinggar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 t salt 1 baguette, sliced and toasted

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and serve on toasted baguette slices.
