2. Using the small scoop, put 20 scoops of dough, about 2 inces apart, on the rectangular stone.
3. Bake the cookies for 14-16 minutes or until the cookies are light golden brown. Carefully remove the baking stone from the oven using oven mitts and put it on the cooling rack. Gently press a peanut butter ball into the center of each cookie. Let the cookies cool for 2 minutes. Using a turner, put the cookies on another cooling rack.
4. Scoop the rest of the cookie dough onto the baking stone and bake the rest of the cookies following step 3. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
