2. Cut two 12-inch-long pieces of parchment or waxed paper. Put 1 piece of the paper on a cutting board. Spoon the chocolate mixture onto the paper. Cover the chocolate mixture with the second piece of parchment paper. Pat the chocolate mixture with your hand to flatten it slightly. Roll the chocolate mixture until it is 1\2-inch-thick using the roller. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least 1 hour or until it is firm.
3. Remove the fudge from the fridge and peel off the top piece of parchment paper. Cut the Fudge into 1-inch squares and sprinkle it with powdered sugar, if you'd like.
