Peach Pie by Beverlin7

Ingredients

Pastry for 2 crust pie 5 cups sliced peaches 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 cup sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 2 T. butter (omit or sub with coconut oil for Judah)

Instructions

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pastry. Mix peaches with lemon juice. Add sugar, flour and cinnamon and stir to combine. Place peach mixture into pastry lined pie plate; dot with butter. Cover with top crust that has slits cut in it; seal and flute. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the top, if desired. Bake for 35-45 minutes until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust.
