Boneless skinless chicken breasts Green, red, orange bell pepper Onion Cutting board Fajita marinade - the recipe for it is under dressing section Cutting board Knife Disposable foil sheet pan or regular sheet pan with aluminum foil and non stick cooking spray Warm tortillas Toppings of your choice

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 f or 200 c Rinse peppers cut into strips after removing seeds Remove first layer of the onion cut the onion then dice it Rinse chicken breasts Add chicken to marinade and marinate for thirty minutes Next toss vegetables in a bowl with marinade Line baking sheet with tin foil and spray with non stick spray cook fajita mixture for 15-20 minutes Turn oven to broil move pan to top rack cook another 5 minutes Cut chicken into strips add to warm tortillas serve with toppings of your choice
