Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar and salt together. Pour into an greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely. Pudding: Pour dry chocolate pudding mix and then chocolate chips over the crust. Filling: Beat cream cheese, dark chocolate syrup, 1 banana, M & M's and flour. Pour over pudding layer. Topping: Mix cool whip, 1 banana, 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips together. Pour over filling layer. Decorate.
