1 box white or yellow cake mix 1/4 t. baking powder 1/2 c oil 4 eggs 1 box strawberry jello 1/2 c hot water 1/3 c strawberries, chopped 2 T flour Frosting: 2 sticks butter softened 1 8oz package cream cheese softened 2 t. vanilla 5 c. powdered sugar Garnish: sliced fresh strawberries.

Heat oven to 350 Dissolve jello in water. Mix cake mix, baking powder, oil,and eggs. Stir in jello. Beat with mixer. Coat strawberry pieces with 2 T. flour. Add to batter. Spoon into cupcake liners. Bake until golden brown approx. 12 min. cool on a wire rack. Frosting: Beat butter and cream cheese til smooth. Add vanilla and sugar one cup at a time. Pipe onto cooled cupcakes and garnish with a strawberry slice.
