Bean Dip by Whodatmama

Ingredients

1 can pinto beans - rinsed and drained 1 can black-eyed peas - rinsed and drained 1 can shoepeg corn - rinsed and drained 1 small jar pimentos - drained 1 cup chopped orange bell pepper 1/2 cup chopped red onion Sliced green olives to taste. Marinade: 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar Salt, pepper to taste Dipping corn chips

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except for chips. Marinate overnight. Drain off liquids. Serve with dipping corn chips.
