900 g Pork shoulder 100 g Breadcrumbs (1/8tsp salt recipe) (Adjusted down from 220g) Sausage casings, ~3m

Instructions

1. Prep spice mix 2. Dice pork 1-2cm 3. Mix pork and spices 4. Mince, cover and place in fridge overnight 5. Mix mince with breadcrumbs 5. Mix throughly 6. Make sausages
