Chicken Broccoli Curry Pasta by ashleyloo115

Ingredients

1 Stalk of Broccoli Curry Complete Seasonings Salt and Pepper 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast 16 oz Garden Rotini or Whole Wheat Rotini 1 1/2 cup of cooking milk 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

-Bring 6 cups of water in large pot to a boil -Cut Chicken into small bite sized pieces and season to your liking -Add Pasta to pot once water is boiling, cook until soft -Cut Broccoli short (get rid of most of the stalk), salt, pepper and steam in a separate pot -Sauté the cut chicken in 2 table spoons of olive oil until cooked completely -Drain pasta and Broccoli -Pour 1 1/2 cups of cooking milk into the pasta pot on low/medium heat -add the drained broccoli and sautéed chicken -slowly add curry be careful not to make it strong ( a teaspoon or two is usually plenty) -mix it all together, turn off the stove and enjoy :D Bon Appetite ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- *For variety add sautéed Onion, Red and Green peppers. * To make for more people use 2 -3 stalk of broccoli, 4 chicken breasts, and 32 oz of pasta. +Please tell me if you like it :D I'd love feed back +contact at ashleyloo115@gmail.com
