Mexican Chili by
Ingredients
2 cans of corn
2 cans of pinto beans (which ever kind you prefer)
1 can of petite diced tomatos
1 can of petite diced tomatos with jalapeno's or chilies
1 pound of hamburger (cooked)
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 packet of hidden valley ranch dressing powder (dry)
(optional)
Tortilla Chips
Sour Cream
Instructions
Put everything in the crock pot. Do NOT strain the juice from the cans, put everything in. Add both dry packets and stir well. Let sit on low for several hours or on high for 1-2 hours. Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips. enjoy!
