Ingredients
1.25 lb Beef Stew Meat
2 cans - Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1 packet Onion Soup Mix
1/2 Bag - Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Wide Egg Noodles
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup Light Sour Cream
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except for the sour cream and noodles in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Boil noodles. Prior to serving, mix in sour cream and serve over noodles.
