Smoked Paprika Rub (1 steak) by
Ingredients
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
Steak to room temperature
Mix spices and oil
Rub all over steak
Wrap steak in cling wrap
Let sit for 15 minutes
Skillet in oven to heat to broiling
Skillet to stovetop (high heat)
Steak in center of pan
30 seconds on each side
2 minutes back in oven for each side
