Ingredients
1 c. sugar
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
3 tbl. garlic
1 tbl. gingerroot
1/2 c. scallions, white only
Instructions
Boil all the ingrediants until thick. Can by mixed with Tamarind BBQ sauce and used on pork or salmon.
