Great with Spice-Rubbed Chicken and Vegetable Tacos with Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Cream
Ingredients
6 ears corn, husked
1 1/2 tsp. packed finely grated orange peel
1 tsp. packed finely grated lemon peel
1 tsp. packed finely grated lime peel
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
Instructions
Blend ingredients for butter well. Grill corn and serve.
