Spiced Walnuts from Museumgrl's Recipes

Ingredients

1 lb. whole walnuts 1/2 cup or more good maple syrup 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions

Toss nuts with syrup, spices and salt. Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with a Silpat. Try to make sure nuts don't touch each other. Bake at 325 for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool. Store in an airtight container.
